Do I need a new website to use AI?
No. Almost everything we do plugs into an existing WordPress website, whether or not we built it. A chatbot, AEO fixes and image tagging all work on the site you have now.
How much does it cost?
Every project is quoted at a fixed price after a short chat about what you need, so you know the cost before we start. Chatbots also have a small monthly running cost, which depends on how much they’re used.
Will a chatbot make things up?
Ours are set up to answer only from the information you give them. If the answer isn’t there, the chatbot says so and offers to pass the question to you. We test every bot hard before launch and read the conversations with you for the first few weeks.
What is AEO, and do I need it?
AEO stands for answer engine optimisation. It’s the work that helps AI tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google’s AI Overviews understand your business and mention it in their answers. If your customers ask AI tools for recommendations, you need it.
Is my business data safe?
We keep API keys on our own servers, never in the browser, and we’re careful about what goes into any AI tool. Your data isn’t used to train AI models, and we build with POPIA in mind.

Yes. We work on WordPress sites of every age and builder. We’ll start with an audit so we both know what we’re working with.
